It is yet again time for our once-a-semester amateur radio license course. It aims to help you pass the amateur radio license exam, which if passed, will award you with an amateur radio license.
The formal curriculum is HAREC, but we will follow the Norwegian book, “Veien til internasjonal radioamatørlisens“. NRRL offers, in addition to the book, an online course which is more up to date and also offers a plethora of exercises to help you study. Access to the course costs 300 NOK, and in addition, you need NRRL membership to get access. For NTNU students, NRRL offers a special price to course participants at 100 NOK. If you buy or have bought the book, you only need to pay for the membership.
The course is free and open for everyone, and participants can simply just show up to the lectures listed on the dates below to join. We still recommend you to sign up to receive relevant e-mails throughout the course. If any of the participants don’t understand Norwegian, the course will be held in English.
Once you have passed the license exam, you will have to pay a one-time fee of 2000 NOK to NKOM to receive your callsign.
